Over 100 Valentine’s cards were handmade for the residents of the Center, offering messages of love and care.
Students Nicholas Jordan (17) and Ethan Peters (19), joined by Irene Tetrault, Art Teacher, and Wanda Berrios, Teaching Assistant, were happy to present the cards on Friday, February 11, 2022. Each student got to personally hand-deliver a card to Joan, a resident of St. Catherine’s, who happily accepted the gifted cards on behalf of the Center. She holds a special place in our hearts as she managed the St. Charles Transportation for the BOCES Program for over 20 years!
This initiative is a touching display of community and represents the start of a longtime partnership.
