She is also the proud mother of a neurotypical son as well as a daughter with a rare genetic disease and autism. As a self-care coach, Nicole works with family caregivers to provide the tools and strategies needed to shift from feeling stressed and overwhelmed to regaining control and experiencing gratitude and joy.
