Staff and individuals from our Adult Services Program took a guided virtual reality tour with John and Ellen, the couple who generously donated funds for two 10-person Google Expedition Virtual Reality kits to the program.
It is within these tours that the individuals we support can both visit faraway lands and soon be able to participate in custom-made tours to aid in the desensitization of stressful community environments. We celebrate their joy and ability to explore places near and far without leaving the comfort of familiar spaces.
