DDI Superheroes Getting the COVID-19 Vaccination

Throughout the pandemic, we have steadfastly pledged to make health and safety our top priority. Getting the COVID-19 vaccination, along with our continued safety practices, is now the most essential way to fulfill that pledge.

Our commitment to facilitating COVID-19 vaccinations for all willing and eligible residents and employees is unwavering. As of March 3, 2021, 207 individuals, or approximately 91% of DDI’s eligible residents, have received a vaccination. Furthermore, 818 eligible DDI employees have also received a vaccination. Moreover, many more are scheduled!

While we have a ways to go, we are committed to facilitating vaccination for everyone that is willing and eligible. We are actively encouraging all eligible employees to get vaccinated, and offering on-site vaccination clinics, paid time-off for offsite appointments, and fiscal incentives for participation. These sustained efforts help protect the people we support, fellow employees, family members and our communities. We encourage everyone to get vaccinated when they are able!
