Susan Putnam - DDI Employee of the Month

A big congratulations to Susan Putnam – a welcoming and vivacious Assistant Instructor at the Early Childhood program in Ronkonkoma. Sue is truly a team player who always goes above and beyond to make sure the classroom runs smoothly.

Every day, Sue not only makes sure that the classroom is ready to go physically, but she also ensures the teacher and students have all the necessary materials for a successful day. Sue also makes the extra effort to acclimate new staff members into the classroom with a friendly and approachable attitude.

Sue truly exemplifies all of DDI’s Core Values of integrity, dignity, compassion and above all, teamwork. She promotes collaboration and works together to achieve common goals with all the students and staff. She makes everyone around her a better team player and does it with humor and dependability.
